Shopping
How can I make a purchase?
For each item you wish to buy, click the ‘Add to cart’ button. When you are finished shopping, you can review the item(s) in your shopping bag by selecting ‘My cart’ at the top of the page. Click on ‘Proceed purchase’ to complete your order.
How do I know what is in stock?
All items are in stock unless ‘sold out' is displayed. Please note that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.
Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
Visa, MasterCard or Bank transfer are accepted.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
No additional taxes or customs duties are charged for items that are shipped within the European Union. The item prices and delivery costs include VAT.
Delivery
How soon can I get my order?
I try to ship your order within five working days (excluding Belgian bank holidays) after receiving your payment. Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved.
In case delivery isn’t possible within five working days, you will receive an e-mail with information about the estimated delivery time.
You can also make an appointment by mail for pick-up at Cauwerburg 26, 9140 Temse.
Which countries do I deliver to?
I deliver to Belgium, France, Germany and the Netherlands
How much is the shipping cost?
The standard shipping cost in Belgium is 8 EUR. Currently it is free of charge.
Shipping to France, Germany and the Netherlands costs 15 EUR.
Orders
How will I know if you received my order?
Once you have placed your order, I will send you an email confirming it has been received. In case that any of the items you have ordered are not available, I will contact you and will refund you.
Returns
How can I send the items back?
Returns are possible within 14 days after receipt. An e-mail has to be send to annekevanhoorick@gmail.com. The items have to be send back within 14 days after receipt. The shipping cost is at your charge.
Please ship back the article to this following address: Cauwerburg 26, 9140 Temse in the original packaging and if necessary, extra protected to avoid damage.
Will the full amount of my order be refunded?
I will refund the total value of the returned items. Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
